Haven't seen any since Ladybug has been here.

Linda was very responsive and very good about communicating preparation, costs and scheduling time.  She was very kind and supportive getting to the bottom of the problem.  I would highly recommend her.

She put traps around the outside and inside of my garage... but first surveyed the area.  Made suggestions on putting "quick creat" to plug up holes in garage where she detected they were getting into garage.  Came back several times to check baiting stations.
Personable.  Reasonably priced.  I am calling her back now.  Will do maintenance plan with her.

Called for service and recd. answ. Serv. took MSG with name and phone #. asked what problem is.

Within 5-7 Call from exterminator. Explained 100s of bees in the house and we have identified their portal. Exterminator arrived Next day. Showed him entrance of bees and how they were entering domicile through recessed lighting. SWARMING.

In full exterminating attire, climbed a ladder. 100 + 100 + 100 + 100 of bees. Flying out and trying to get in to save the nest. HORRIBLE!

Finally, after {maybe 12-20 minutes}, flying- about seems to diminish and stop. HOORAY.. I had been stung 3 times before exterminator arrived. No reaction to stings, lucky for me.

Diminishing amount of bees. Down to nothing. Day 3: reappearance. Nasty critters. Day 4: even more bees. 2 more stings.
Called exterminator. He's here and it's Sunday morning.

Sprayed from inside ceiling's recessed fixture.

Next day: corpses.....too many to count.

It's over and no charge for 2nd house call.

New Business:
Next time I would get 'stung' it would be by a wasp/hornet/yellow jacket. Three of them got me @ a local farm stand. 3-4 stings.

Enormous swelling, redness, itching. Hear the hospital calling my name. Off to E.R. I go. ADMITTED. IV antibiotics and saline solution. Overnight stay in hospital. 5 days antibiotics. Anti-itching RX.

Never had an allergic reaction to stings previously. Luck has run out.

LADYBUG though was G-R-E-A-T!

I found the information for Ladybug at my local Eastern Bank, that has a table that routinely features information from local businesses. They were very pleasant, professional and right on time. We were concerned about the types of chemicals they might use because we have pets in our home, but they explained in detail what they were going to to and how it would effect the ants, not our pets. They guarantee their work for the season and though the whole process will take 30 days to reach full effect (due to the gestation of the ants and their larvae), we are already starting to see results. Hopefully, we won't need their services again in the future, but we would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family!

I found Ladybug from NEPMA's list. Linda is the owner. I've talked to five different pest control companies on the phone and found Linda was very knowledgeable and the price was the best. Some companies actually charge me $800-$1200 to treat a two bedrooms apartment.
Linda was very responsive and could schedule the appointment in 2 days. She could be reached by phone, email and text which I all used to communicate with her.
The day before the treatment, she emailed me the preparation guidelines in order for her to treat the apartment effectively. Bed bugs are very difficult to get rid of completely. With only one treatment, the bed bugs were gone. I would definitely credited the preparations guidelines Linda emailed. I would recommend her service to my friends and family.
