Keystone has gone above and beyond any expectations I had and has always been very responsive and helpful.  I highly recommend them!
I've been in touch with Brian two other times for questions not related to my water heater.  One time I called the emergency line and he returned my call within an hour and actually came out to my home to look at what was causing water in my basement (I had thought it was the water heater).  Turned out to be something totally unrelated but none the less Brian stayed, looked everything over and provided excellent recommendations.  The most recent time I called him was do to a burst pipe in the basement that fed the water sprinkler.  He answered his phone at 8:30 pm and took the time to stay on the phone, help me troubleshoot the issue and provide recommendations on reaching out to licensed sprinkler fitters in the area as he was not able to do the work.

This was the only company that actually offered to come check out what the problem was and fix it rather than trying to upsell me on a brand new water heater.  Came out and did the job in 15 minutes, charged me what he quoted me and I've had hot water with no issues since.  Would recommend to anyone with a hot water heater issue.

.The job went very well . Spoke with owner Brian Healey Monday morning, told him my old water was leaking badly and had broken down. Brian explained my options. gave me a package price (everything included)  , and told me that he could do the job later that afternoon.  He and his associate did everything that they said they would' and they did a quality, and neat job--they were very professional , took pride in their work, and were  a pleasure to do business with.  I was very happy with them and would definitely recommend them.  In the past I have had 2 water heater's that I purchased, and had installed  by 2 different big box stores; their workmanship and attitudes  didn't  come close to Brian's (Keystone's) quality, plus there were no surprises, excuses,or aggravation.

He was prompt, was trying to do the job in the cheapest most efficient way.  I had a guy come out and he wanted to remove shower tiles etc.  estimated job would be $700 - $800.  No nonsense guy who know plumbing and ids very reasonable.

Brian took my frantic call in the morning regarding our leaking water heater, provided me with a quote, and arranged to install a new one that same afternoon at a time that suited me.  He kept in constant contact when he was running late, even though he was not all that late to begin with.  He explained the circumstances of the old heater's warranty in detail and suggested I look for the original invoice for the old  installed heater which could prove the warranty was still in effect.  I was able to do so, which will save me $550 if it goes through. His rates seemed reasonable and he was very courteous. Without question I would use his service again if needed.

Called Keystone Water Heaters and Brian answered the phone. He was very knowledgeable. Brian and his colleague were very professional in replacing the water heater; they even found mistakes from the previous installation. Definitely would recommend them.

My 10 year old water heater in my condo broke down.  Water was streaming out of it.  I called a few plumbers and got a wide range of quotes, some of whom suggested I use a tankless water heater.  After doing some research on the web, I decided to go with a tank heater.  A friend of mine highly recommended Brian so I called him.  He asked me to take some pictures and then gave me a quote right away (which was the best price by far).  He came by on the day we agreed upon and finished the work in one day.  The water heater is in a very small closet and I'm guessing it took him longer than he probably expected but he charged me the price we agreed upon.  I was very  happy with the service and would highly recommend him.  He was very responsive and professional.

This is the third time I've used Brian Healey and his company Keystone Water Heaters. This time I was renovating our basement and I needed a plumber to both move some existing plumbing lines and also run new baseboard heaters.

Brian came over several times at various stages in the process to give me an estimate and discuss the work involved, then to help shut off water lines for the demolition crew, then to move the existing gas and water lines higher in the ceiling so we could put up a new ceiling, and then finally to install new pex piping, circulators, baseboard heaters and a thermostat.

Brian's always a pleasure to work with. He's fair, friendly, and always answers the phone. I feel like I can always depend on him whether it's an emergency call or new work to be done, and that he will quote me a fair price for the work.

He's my go-to plumber for our family, and my friends' families.

I called Keystone the night that my water heater cracked and arranged a time for them to come by the next day to install a new water heater.  In addition to installing the new heater, Keyston disposed of the old water heater.  Customer service was excellent and there has not been a problem with the new water heater so far.

This year I needed to replace my 50-year-old oil furnace and switch over to natural gas, so I called Brian Healey (owner of Keystone Water Heaters). I had hired Brian a year earlier (on a strong recommendation from a friend) to do $3500 worth of plumbing installation on a bathroom remodel, and was extremely happy with his punctuality, price, and the quality of the work done. He was also always quick to return calls when I had any plumbing problems or questions, which I really appreciated.

For the furnace job, Brian came over to give an estimate and advised on what type and size of water heater and furnace to purchase. Brian's recommendation for the furnace was the same as several other plumbers I had gotten quotes from, but his price was much better than any of the other quotes. Since I knew from my previous experience that he and his crew did quality, I was not worried by the price difference and hired him again.

Brian showed up promptly on the install date and worked all day with one of his crew members. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and left the place spotless. In fact, when I came home I found out that Brian had even fixed my digital thermostat; I had installed it myself a long time ago but left it hanging by its wires because I couldn't find a good way to mount it. My wife told me that Brian just fixed it because he didn't want it falling off and leaving us without heat in the winter. He did it because it needed to be done, and he didn't even charge us for it -- wow!

Brian and Keystone Water Heaters are now my "go-to" guys for any plumbing issues I have, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Keystone to my friends and family.
