+ -1 moreWHEN YOU NEED SOMETHING NEW HE CALLS BACK AND SHOWS UP ON TIME. HE LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE FOLLOW THROUGH. HE DOES NOT RESPOND TO REPAIR AND OR WARRANTY REQUESTS.
Description of Work: THERE WERE TWO JOBS THAT I AM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH. THE FIRST IS HEATING. I HAVE A TWO ZONE GAS FIRED HOT WATER BOILER SYSTEM. FROM THE BEGINNING, THE ZONES DID NOT WORK PROPERLY. NEVER RESPONDED TO MY NUMEROUS COMPLAINT CALLS. RESORTED TO CONTACTING ANOTHER CONTRACTOR WHO SAID FAULTY PARTS WERE USED. SECONDLY, HE INSTALLED A WATER HEATER IN 1995 WITH A 10 YR WARRANTY. THE OVERFLOW VALVE WAS SPEWING WATER. HE NEVER CALLED BACK WHEN I CALLED ABOUT IT (I MADE THREE CALLS). I RESORTED TO DOING IT MYSELF.
