He build the front stairs but he did not complete the trim and did not even start the back stairs. I talked to him and told him I was not interested in having him finish the job. We agreed on a repayment method to me based on the work that he did not get done. We agreed to 15 installments of $100 money orders and I have not received any payment as of yet. He avoids me and when he claims to drop off a check/money order he never does and then his phone is off when I go to call him.
