The work was scheduled sooner than originally estimated, workers were courteous and efficient, the job was completed on time, and cleanup was satisfactory. Overall, pleased with the process.

I purchased a GE Appliance electric stove mid April 2017 and it stopped working By the end of May. I called Home Depot several times and noone answered the phone. I also went in person aand noone at the appliance department was available to help me. Finally when I was able to speak with a salesperson he just gave me a number to call. I called GE to schedule and appointment and the fastest they could get a technician to come ways in NINE DAYS. The service person didn't show up on the date of the appointment. I have a tenant with two babies without a stove for over fourteen days now! I will have to call the Attorney General! I've been on the phone now for 20 minutes on hold! First they said I had to confirm the appointment this morning and that is why the technician didn't show up. In addition when I called to inquire why noone showed up the automatic system kept saying my phone number was invali. So now I have a stove that stopped working a month after purchasing and a technician that doesn't show up...and Home Depot is nowhere to be found! I HAVE A TENANT WITH BABIES AND NO STOVE! I will have to reimburse my tenant for the days she has been eating out. This is unacceptable!

They were very nice. They were very clean and thorough. They removed an appliance. They need more help. When we purchased the dishwasher, they removed the old one. When they got the dishwasher, they said, they're bringing the dishwasher, they're going to install it another day and they will have the other one picked up another day. That sounded ridiculous. Pricing was good. The punctuality was for the installation and for the delivery. It was good.

The cleanup was immaculate.

The delivery process was horrible. We also bought a shed from them and there were several things wrong with it. It was crooked, it had the wrong window, and it didn't have a workbench when it was supposed to.

I order on line. I saw it on TV how this stuff works great. I found it on Home Depot on line. It was asking for a part number and I said no I don't have a part number on here. I'll give you the information and we're going to look it up. She finally found it and I placed my order.

We wanted hunter douglas windows and Home Depot had this brand. The price was better than other companies that offered Hunter Douglas. Window treatments are always overpriced but the quality was excellent.

I have been going to Home Depot for quite some time now (15years) and they always do a pretty good job for me. I would recommend them.

The installation of the windows was fine. The quality of the installation was not the greatest because there are drafts coming through the windows now. In retrospect, I could have had the job done for cheaper somewhere else.

THEY DID GREAT WORK FOR A GOOD PRICE AND THE WINDOWS ARE EXCELLENT. THE WORKERS WERE VERY PLEASANT AND NEAT.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY HOME DEPOT IN QUINCY. THE CONTRACTOR INSTALLED THE HOT WATER HEATER QUICKLY, AND HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.

OVERALL THIS WAS NOT ONE OF OUR GREAT HOME IMPROVEMENT EXPERIENCES. THE BREAKING OF THE COUNTER ON REMOVAL SHOULDN'T HAPPEN, BUT WHAT CAN YOU DO. THE FACT THAT THE INSTALLATION DID NOT COME OUT AS WELL AS WE EXPECTED IF SOMETHING THAT WE'LL HAVE TO LIVE WITH.

WE LIVE IN AN EIGHTY YEAR OLD COLONIAL HOME. THE WINDOWS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED SO WE CONTRACTED WITH THE HOME DEPOT. THE FIRST STEP WAS TO HAVE A REP FROM HOME DEPOT MEASURE ALL OF THE WINDOWS AND QUOTE A PRICE. HE ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. THE PRICE WAS AGREED UPON AND WE SIGNED A CONTRACT TO HAVE THE WORK DONE. HE TOLD US IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 6 WEEKS TO HAVE THE CUSTOM WINDOW MADE AT THE FACTORY. 2 WEEKS LATER WE RECEIVED A CALL SAYING THE WINDOWS WERE READY FOR INSTALLATION. THEY ARRIVED 2 DAYS LATER AND INSTALLED ALL 16 WINDOWS IN ONE DAY. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND IT APPEARS THAT THEY DID A GREAT JOB.
