They were awesome. It turns out the dryer I ordered did not fit down the stairs to the basement. They took it back, no problem and ordered me a new one to be delivered the next available day. I also ordered a microwave, which it turns out I did not need. They took it back right away and allowed me to exchange it for a window AC, which I did need. Throughout the process they were very helpful and accommodating.

It went excellent, they put in all appliances for 3 floors of our home. They make everything super easy and their prices are very competitive. Make my life very easy and I usually only have to make one phone call. Usually when I order something on a Monday it will be installed on a Wednesday.

LEO WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT PRODUCT SOLD. HE WAS COURTEOUS AND CONCERNED ABOUT MY NEED FOR NEW DRYER. HE HAD BEST PRICE AND DELIVERY WAS ON TIME. INSTALLED PROPERLY.

NOT MUCH OF A HOLD TIME. THE PERSON I SPOKE TO WAS EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. HE TOLD ME THE NUMBERS I NEEDED TO GIVE HIM AND TOLD ME HE'D FAX IT INTO JOHN HANCOCK. EVERYTHING INCLUDING LABOR WOULD BE COVERED EVEN THOUGH THE WARRANTY HAD EXPIRED.
