I was placing a new tub surround in where I ran into difficulties with the plumbing. There was corrosion and problems with the knob. They were able to replace the knob and all plumbing near it that was corroded. I was talked to about this process and offered additional help as needed. It works great! I am going to call for other work I will need done.

They were very neat, clean, and professional and didn't charge me for the additional work. They went above and beyond the estimated cost of the service. I called numerous places and was quoted a much higher price than they charged. Then had many other bigger plumbing companies come out to appraise the job and they were looking for other work to increase the price, but Brian was honest and took care of what was needed. They did the job quickly and very efficiently. I would highly recommend them.

Emergency furnace/heater call was made to another plumbing service, but they didn't have any plumbers. I was referred to a and quot;friendand quot; Brian Ehrlich (aka Greater Boston Plumbing and Heating). Pete had a cancelation so came over within the time indicated by phone. Was courteous, systematic, made two trips up/down to the 3rd floor from basement to check on things. Most importantly resolved the issue which was a faulty thermostat. He also educated me on the small leaking from the furance and offered to recap them so it would stop the leaking.

He was professional and friendly and fixed the toilet with ease. He didn't laugh at me in the situation, or take advantage of the urgency in it, which I appreciate.
