I've been with them for about five months. I was frustrated in the beginning with them because they didn't send out the paperwork in a timely fashion. I had to call them to find out the specifics of my payment. It took their underwriters longer than 30 days to process the loan quote and they wanted to penalize me for it taking too long. To their credit they went back and made sure they didn't penalize me but I was still frustrated that they thought they could get away with that.

GMAC has been real good to us so we're happy with them. I mean, our mortgage didn't originally start with them but since they have had it, they have done everything really well. I can't think of a bad experience we've had with them per say. They've been relatively easy to deal with and are very cooperative.

Selling my home went very well with this company. It has all been very good process for me. Everything went through smoothly. I can tell you that everyone in that office is really great to deal with. They communicate well and they treat you well. I liked them a lot.
