We live in a home built in the 1930â s with a front door we believe is the original. It is a solid heavy door which perfectly fits the description they donâ t make them like this anymore. Like anything in time it breaks down and one morning we found it would not lock when closed. I did an inquiry and was contacted by Nic at Flawless Installation and Repair who came and took a look. He explained for these types of doors it is 50/50 if they can be repaired but lucky for us it could. We scheduled a date, agreed on a price, he arrived as promised and made the necessary repairs. We could not be happier with the end result.

Nic, Jamie and their crew did a beautiful job on a big multi-pronged project for us, repairing and replacing the rotted siding and trim on our sweet old house, as well as painting it entirely. We are most pleased with their work and really feel our home has been transformed by their incredibly coordinated efforts. Nic and Jamie are a super knowledgeable team and very skilled in their craft, not to mention kind, considerate, and resourceful when it came to meeting our particular needs. We are genuinely appreciative of how communicative Nic is- we never once wondered where the team was, or what time they would start, because we were always in the loop. Nic and crew were stellar! Very professional and pleasant and all work was done in timely manner. There were multiple small items that were needed during the course of the job and Nic very efficiently handled everything plus some. He was very easy to communicate with and kept me informed of progress. We are delighted with all the hard work Jami and Nick did to transform our kitchen. From taping off all the floors ceiling and appliances to daily cleanups we were pleased by the professionalism. Despite the weather rain, extreme heat the job was done to my expectations. My gardens around the house were minimally disturbed, neatness and communication about any issues were promptly communicated, explanations about delays or problems were clearly explained. The owner gave me a fair estimate even had photos of supples needed and real prices. He got the job done in the amount of time he said it would take. Answered all my questions, checked with me about any extra details. Cleaned up afterimage will hire him for more jobs. Honest, reliable and did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the work done.

Nick is a terrific workman and equally great person. The job he did for us turned out to be more complicated than anyone could have anticipated, but not only did he complete it without a single complaint, he refused my offer to pay him for several hours of extra labor. 5+ Room Interior Painting or Staining
Nic did an incredible job with our new home in a very short space of time. He transformed the home over 2 weeks. This included 1. A full prep and repainting of the interior: walls, ceilings, doors and trims. 2. Repainted kitchen cupboards, bathroom cabinets and a couple of accent doors; 3. Installation of an entire floor of LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) and underlayment, after removing the old carpet, repairing a cracked concrete slab foundation and sealing the entire surface. All this was done beautifully, with a high level of professionalism, and for a very competitive price. Nic demonstrated a wide range of skills and experience and helped us navigate and complete multiple large home projects very quickly and efficiently. Great work, great price. Thank you.

Be wary this person comes off as knowing more than he does. Tried installing a door and was unable To do the work correctly and I had a neighbor correctly install. Unfortunate, for Nicholas he seems to know too much and wanted keep parts on a brand new Therma Tru door replaced. This was not the case. After neighbor corrected install offered to have him back to finish remainder but he didn?t want to. End of day tread lightly and be wary of payment prior to work complete.

"The fact is the door you bought did have faulty parts. Iv been installing doors and windows specifically for close to 10 years and I have a proven track record. I told you I would be back the following day to complete the job with the correct materials. It was your choice to have your neighbor come to finish the job. And just so we are clear you gave me a check when I left your home and I did not cash it I disposed of it. You can leave all the false reviews you want my work speaks for itself."
