Very professional service.  Mike Walsh was very quick to respond, knowledgeable and professional.  Came to my help on the weekend, solved my problem and provided valuable information.  I am unhappy that I had the issue with the sewage, but I'm very glad East Coast Pipelines was there to answer the call for help!  I would highly recommend these guys.

They did a tremendous job and I couldn't be happier. Even before the job started Mike was always very quick to respond to my phone calls and texts to answer questions and set up the appointment. On the job they worked hard, were professional and friendly, and based on how quickly they figured things out it was obvious that Mike has a lot of experience. I was really impressed with the equipment and was able to watch as they fed the camera through the tubes. Mike explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. He also made recommendations on how to keep things flowing smoothly and ideas to avoid future issues. They cleaned everything up when they were done. I will definitely use them again if we have another issue.

Michael Walsh and his helper were very nice.  They were here for a couple hours trying to find the problem and clear it.  We were all sorry when the camera showed a broken line.

Michael came when he said he would and explained exactly what he thought the problem was and performed the service. He was great and we would definitely call him again and refer him to others.

The main line in my house was blocked up due to tree roots affecting the main sewer line between my Hyde Park house and the street. I called Mike around noon time on a Saturday and he said that once he finished up a job he would come over. Once he arrived, he quickly got to work and used a water jetting system to clear the root blockage. After clearing the actual blockage, he went ahead and applied the water jet to rest of the sewer line, running underneath my driveway, to ensure no future problems. He did this without any prompting from me and it was appreciated.
Overall
Mike Walsh was very professional and personable. He provided a few
useful recommendations and tips on how to properly maintain the sewer
line. I would use East C.oast Pipelines and Excavating again and would
recommend their services highly
