After you drop off your car they call with an estimate if any additional work needs to be done. The work is always done on the same day and they will allow you to drop off the car the night before. They are always very acommodating.

We have been using them for years. They are reliable and reasonable. They are friendly are do good work.

He is excellent! When they do the oil change, they also check fluids. I went for coffee, and when I came back I remembered to ask him to check my tire pressure. He laughed and said that he already had! I am very impressed with their customer service and would recommend them to anyone. They give me a time to bring my car in and are alwayd ready for me when I arrive.

Was given guidance on the need for a timing belt replacement at or around 80,000 miles. Made an appointment with Donovan's (had used them in the past) for roughly a week later. They explained to me the process required to replace the belt on my make and model VW. They gave me accurate estimations on time needed to repair as well as cost. I was also informed that while service was being performed, a pump (forget exactly which one) near the timing belt frequently needed to be replaced, as well. They stated that it was recommended to be replaced, based on it's location in the engine and the difficulty of getting to it. However, they examined the pump during the service, and decided a replacement wasn't needed.

I had to drop my car off early, at 7:00 AM. I arrived shortly before 7:00 AM and there was someone in the office to greet me. I was told that I would receive a call with a quote and that the car would be finished before noon. Everything happened as promised. I was told that the car was available at 11:30 AM for pick-up. I asked if the car could be left at the garage until after 6:00 PM. They said that was fine. I stopped by at 5:45 PM and got my keys. I left the car until after a nearby appointment. The car was parked conveniently for me when I returned.

They made useful suggestions about items that should be taken care of and other items that can wait. I was kept informed throughout the process and there were no surprises on the bill. This is the sort of small business that makes you want to support them. I totally trust Donovans.

They did a great job. They are very easy to work with, and the quality of the work seems to be very good. The pricing was very fair for what they did. I didn't feel at any point that they had overcharged me for anything.

They were just wonderful with my old car. They are very honest; they are not like the dealer. Donovan will tell you that you could get so much time out of something before replacing it. I have used them for a very long time. My brother lives a little closer to them and he uses them too. They are very reputable. It is a small place, but they have big business going on there. They are wonderful.
