Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Don gave me a price estimate and stuck to it. He explained each step and when we would be without hot water as I wanted the new boiler in the same location as the old one.
I was concerned that this process would leave oil, dirt and other permanent stains on our pale grey carpet, but Don was amazing!! He draped the entire work area with thick plastic and left our carpet in perfect condition. This was not easy since he and his helpers had to carry our oil tank out over the carpeted area.
In addition he wore clean socks every time he was obliged to enter the first or second floors. Each day he told us what to expect next and he alerted us when a particular task required loud bangs or drilling noise.
He is a perfectionist who completes each task with care. The system works beautifully.
This could have been an ordeal. Thanks to Don?s professionalism and courtesy it was a breeze.
