The company put in an undersized motor for our forced air system which died within 3 years. They would not admit their mistake and charged us again for looking at it and proposed to put the same undersized motor in. The owner was very rude and unprofessional. We are moving to a different company and would not recommend them to anyone else.

on time and on budget just recently had an issue with one of the pumps when starting up the heat in October 4 years - they came and fixed - and it was still under warranty 4 years after installation so no charge.

The cost was outrageous. They charged me $75 for one pound of Freon. It wasn't even R22, it was R410A which is cheap now. The whole thing was suppose to be $100 for the service call, and it wound up costing me $300. The person failed to notice that I had a leak, and if he did notice it, he didn't say anything about it because they probably wanted to come back and charge it again. The guy was on time; close to the time. One guy came out. He was very personable. My big gripe was that he failed to notice that leak in the side gas. He didn't have all of the Freon that he needed. I happened to have some and gave him some, and he still charged me $75 for one pound of Freon, which is outrageous. You can buy a 30 pound jug for that. I just wasn't happy because he just went through the motions. I was shocked at the price and it was suppose to be half of what was advertised.

Mike, who took service call was very professional and day of service the technician arrived within 10 minutes of projected time. Tech was also professional and answered all my questions. Problem was fixed in minutes; it turned out the electrical plug came unplugged when the furnace filter was changed :( The technician was very apologetic and said unfortunately I have to charge you a service charge, which was fine with me. Great experience, would definitely use again.....I'll check electrical plugs before calling again.

They were here on time worked efficently and cleaned up very neat and professional. We are thinking about hiring them again we are considering adding another unit. We recommended them to several friends. One of them did use them and were satisfied with work.

Technician diagnosed it in 5 minutes (and $175 for coming in site). Told me I needed $1,500 of repair (parts and labor). I got a second opinion and learned I had other options available. While the solution may not be the longest lasting I was never given any other options. After complaining they did refund me the cost of coming on site which I appreciate.

They could have a better install and I think they should have paid for the leak. They found a leak in the system from when they installed it. They installed the central air and the compressor there was leaking. The guy came out and checked for leaks and said there was a leak in the compressor. It was probably doing that since they installed it. Then, I found a mistake they made in the duct work. I fixed the duct work myself and they came out and fixed the valve. I paid for them to come out. I would not use them again.

"Hello [Member Name Removed]. We are so sorry you feel this way. When researching your account I see that we installed an ac coil and condenser in June of 2010. I also looked up your past service history and how many times we have serviced you since the install in 2010. We see an invoice on 5-31-13 where the technician found unit low on freon. He added freon, could not see any visiable leaks. He then injected dye into your system and said we would return to find the leak with our black light to see if we could find it. This leak was discovered 3 years after the equipment was installed so we will have to disagree on your opinion that the leak was probably there since the install because it worked for 3 years with no issues. We also noticed no records of you calling us to do any preventive maintenace since the system was installed in 2010. Second invoice we see is on 6-7-13 and the folowing is copied form our original schedule. -"[Member Name Removed]- INJECTED DYE 5/31-CHECK FOR LEAK-FOUND SMALL LEAK AT SUCION VALVE SERVICE CORE-TIGHTENED VALVE CORE AND SEALED CAPS-ALL SET". 2013 was the last time we serviced and fixed your unit. We have not heard from you since that day. I appreciate you taking the time to write this review. We thank you for your business and wish you the best."
