CLIFFHANGERS INC

Cliff Hangers arrived on the day scheduled, but was unwilling to identify a time period other than "that day." Their crew of four arrived to our third floor home to clean the interior and exterior face of our windows from the inside. The crew arrived with "booties" on which they wore throughout the building, and than proceeded to work from (stand on) a painted window sill - - bringing filth and dirt from throughout the building to the painted surfaces. They did not cover the surface or clean it after they cleaned the windows (sloppy work). They did a very poor job cleaning the windows, supposedly due, in part, to the fact that the crew with rigging equipment, that would have allowed them to stand on the exterior window sill was redeployed to another job. I attribute their poor work to poor quality standards and poor quality control. I called the office of Cliff Hangers after the crew left to request that they come back to do a better job. The person in the office was cooperative, although, she did not call back to acknowledge that someone would return (I had to call again to determine if they were going to return). The supervisor of the crew returned with an "ATTITUDE." He refused to acknowledge the obvious shortcomings in his crew's work. He "conceded" to send someone back to touch things up, but at the end, the quality of Cliff Hangers work was poor at best.
