One of my neighbors listed her condo with Angela in June, 2013 and sold it on the first day for the asking price. Because of this, I listed my condo with Angela in October, 2013 for $399,000. I didn't have an offer on the first day but, I did receive a serious offer within 2 weeks. With a little bit of negotiating, I accepted $393,000 from the seller. What made this attractive was that we were rapidly approaching the slow season, it was a cash offer (no mortgage), and the buyer wanted to close on November 20. I was ecstatic. Everything went fine and I am now settled in my new home with "Peace of Mind". Angela was great. She knows the Quincy market extremely well, is very thorough, goes the "extra mile" (e.g., she took care of all my meter readings while I was out of town), offers great advice, is very responsive, and is much fun to work with. I would recommend her to anybody who is interested in buying or selling a home in Quincy.
Description of Work: Angela Ponte at Classic Homes Real Estate sold my Quincy town house in 2 weeks!
