Made 5 calls (most Angie'st List highly rated) and Ray Beqo of Choice Roofing Corp called back promptly and came the next day to review job and prepare an estimate. He took the time to ask what was wrong and go into attic to inspect problems. He made good suggestions and most important noted some cosmetic issues that would result from roofing (possibly nails showing through under roof eves, very minor but he mentioned it up front). He noted house had recently been painted and took care to insure there would be no damage to paint.

He promptly provided a very competitive estimate, long before I heard back from many of the other calls I had made. He started the work when he said he would and his team cleaned up every day.

I was under the impression and told him there were two old roof layers and in fact there were three layers. He called and admitted he had not accounted for that and asured me there were no other issues and he asked for what I considered to be a modest $250 more considering the addtional work.

He and his team were prompt, courteous, clean and roof looks great and is performing perfectly.
