These guys are very professional and no nonsense. They don't waste your time they don't waste their time. They come in, access what needs to be done and then they do the work on the days they promised on time on target. Even a novice can look at their finished work and know that it was high quality professional work. They installed a full bathtub and bathroom in a cramped attic space that we wanted to turn into a usable floor. Very impressive. I would use these guys again for whatver plumbing and heating projects I might have in the future.

The job went really well overall.  The shower looks great and we are happy with the end product.  There were however two surprises on the way:
1)  They recommended using a fiberglass or acryllic base instead of a copper pan to reduce cost but the base was creaky and rocked when the job was complete.  Because of this they had to come back and open up the ceiling underneath the shower (in our living room) and do some work to stop the creaking and flexing of the base.  this was at an additional cost to us that we had not anticipated.  Looking back if we had known the base would be an issue we would have potentially done the tiled floor.
2)  We were not warned in advance that this would require us to repaint the bathroom.  It makes sense in retrospect but that should have been called out.  During demolition, they apologized for a knick in the wall that they spackled and said could be touched up.  This led me to believe the bathroom would be left in good shape aside from that little spot.  When they were done we had to pay to repaint the bathroom because there was grout and assorted other materials all over the walls where the tile ended.  Now that the painting is done the shower and bathroom look great but this was also an unanticipated cost.

We are really pleased with the work and the final product is great but if we had not paid more to fix the creaky shower floor and repaint the bathroom we would be displeased.

I am an architect and I deal with plumbers all the time. Two plumbers that I work with, were not being very responsive, so I started getting estimates from other companies. Cardarelli responded quick and the price was very competitive. They were able to start working right away. Within a week the whole new gas heating system and new Alpine boiler were installed. They also brought an electrician on the job. His price was also competitive and he finished his part within a day. Plumbers came back, made the final connections, tested the system and made sure that everything was running smoothly. Very professional, very good work!  I would strongly recommend this company to anyone.

They were very nice to have around the house, fun to chat with but serious plumbers. They ilsten to you and offer you choices and don't try to ram anything down your neck. They are very considerate of their customer and are very respectful of the home. If they were running late for any reason, they called me. 

They were so professional, to them vertical and horizontal mean exactly that. Their copper work was a joy to look at. When the work was completed and they had gone their next project, I had a small issue which was not Cardarreli's fault and they dropped what they were doing and dashed right over to help me. Most importantly, they always take your call, even at 10 pm..

During the plumbing project, my fridge started giving trouble - a water supply problem. They were more than happy to assist me and they got it up and running again. These guys genuinely like to help.

Finally, when they finished the pluming and tested the system, the electrician had not arrived so they could not observe their work running properyl. They called me 4 times in the next week to check if the electrician had done his work and if I was happy. I sure was.
