Bogan Tree Service

Would leave a zero star if I could, My condo company hired this company I did not know about this so when i came outside to my tree missing i went to the crew asked who was in charge they ask pointed to the same guy. I asked him why he cut my tree that it wasn’t dead he immediately because agressive and rude. Saying are you a certified arborist lie 3 times . I said that’s not what i asked and that’ doesn’t matter. He then turned to me and told me to **** off i was in utter shock an employee spoke to me this way for asking a question. I had to come outside a few minutes after this incident and the entire crew was staring me down making me feel extremely uncomfortable. I called the company to report this and they instantly started making excuses for the employee and of course who i need to speak to was “busy” and in a meeting. 24 hours later I STILL have not received a call back,

Second time customer. Very pleased with speed and cleanliness of the Bogen team. They make big messes disappear like magic.

They had the best price and the fairest compared to other companies I contacted. They were just professional. I would definitely call them back.

They did the work, but they took all the furniture from my deck and threw into the corner, threw the trimmings, branches and even water bottles into the corner as well. They broke one of my resin chairs as well as my resin chaise lounge that was on the ground under the tree. They also threw a container of fertilizer away. If they had told me to move stuff, I would've moved everything beforehand. They also put a hole in my window screen, which I did bring to the manager's attention, who was very nice and fixed it. He did also give me $30 towards my chaise lounge but didn't offer anything for my resin chair. I also requested he come bring his truck to pick up all the branches that were left, which he didn't do, but he asked me to give him a plastic bag and he picked the branches up and put them in the bag. Overall, I was very upset about the experience.

Great! Bogan Tree service made an extra effort to get the work done ASAP.The workers were on time and did a wonderful job of removing the tree limbs and all the debris. When I asked them about a few more branches that I needed trimmed, they also got rid of them for no extra charge. What more could you ask for?

Excellent work and cleanup

The job was done is 2 phases. First a crew came out removed 2 large bushes, a short row of hedges, a moderate sized tree, and a few small scraggly "trees". Then they returned to grind the stumps 2 days later. The work was professional and efficient from Jim who provided the estimate to the crew that did the work. Oh...I can't forget Michelle who does the scheduling. She was very responsive returning my emails and calls promptly and professionally.

Wasn't sure how much they would be able to cut back trees in yard due to accessibility for bucket truck. They far exceeded all my expectations!

I had an estimate from Bogan and one other local tree company.  Both came in around the same dollar figure but the total body of work Bogan was proposing was more in line with what I was thinking going in and they took credit cards (company B did not) so I selected them.  The estimator was very good, very professional and gave me things to consider rather than a hard sell of any one approach, which I appreciated.  The guys who did the actual removal were great.  Honestly if I hadn't know they had come that date, I wouldn't have noticed.  No tire prints in the yard and hardly a spec of saw dust to be found.  The grounds were left cleaner than when they started.  I declined stump grinding.

It went very well. They showed up on time, were very quick considering the size of the trees and left nothing behind.

Arrived at 1:00 pm .job complete at 1:45 pm. Professional service including cleanup.

They arrived on time, they worked constantly and consistently and were very polite and mindful of my flower garden.  I was very happy with their work.

The crew came out and completed cutting down the trees one day and were amazing. These trees had not been taken care of by the previous owner of my house and were in bad shape. I felt really bad about cutting them all down, but after the service was complete was told it was a good idea I did because there was some rot, etc. They came back a second day to grind all the stumps. Unfortunately, a piece of debris flew up and broke the top pane of one of my dining room windows. Jim went above and beyond trying to find a manufacturer to replace the window and when that didn't work called some glass companies to get quotes to fix the window. Michelle was great to work with to coordinate getting reimbursed for the window repair. I was so impressed with the service I received I have already referred Bogan to a co-worker who was looking for some tree work to be done. 

They were great and also made sure that they did not damage my gardens.

Great!  Showed up on time and did good work.  Sorry about late review, been meaning to do this for a year.

Bogan was great from day one: They were prompt and professional in scheduling all the dates, the guy who came out for the estimate was very friendly and knowledgable, and the guys who did the work were courteous and careful and did a great job.
Our backyard feels so much bigger and airier now, even though it's still the exact same size -- just reclaimed some of the vertical space and sunlight from tree limbs trying to eat our house! :)

I called the company in March. I was familiar with their trucks from my neighborhood and had seen them working before. The sales rep who came in early April was very polite and listened carefully to what I wanted. He explained options. He readily gave me estimates for 2 possible approaches to the issue.

I had a second arborist company give me an estimate by drive by. Their estimate was higher. I chose to go with Bogan based on my contact and price. I tried contacting the owners of the tree, a condo association, with no response. But I recommend that you do this step via certified mail if necessary to protect yourself from complaints from the tree owner later.

I signed the contract in early May. They did not require a deposit. This was easily done via email. The office was friendly and responsive via phone. They called and gave me a date for June when they would be in my area. So I recommend plenty of  lead time from your estimate to your work.

The crew arrived early. After a quick assessment, they went right to work with impressive coordination and surgical precision. The worker in the bucket was obviously highly skilled and experienced. The foreman was on top of everything. They all were neat, polite and energetic. They worked in the constraints of my driveway with care for my relatively new vinyl fence and the neighbors' properties. My property was left very clean. Payment was made at completion after my approval of the job.

The job was done fine.  A few dents left in the grass to be expected.

The representative came and looked at the tree, location and gave an estimate in late November. A date was set for the cutting but "winter began" and it became impossible to get the work done. The company postponed the work and advised me that as soon as the weather would allow they would call me. This they did (I thought it would have been later) and even with about a foot of snow still on the ground they removed the tree and the stump man returned as soon as the snow was gone. I was most impressed with their diligence and concern about completing the work.

This was the second time I hired Bogan Tree.  Owner Mark is responsive and professional.  Work is done efficiently and for a good price.  I wouldn't hire anyone else for tree work at this point.
