Bob Swanbeck has worked with us on a couple of occasions to remove mold from various areas of our house. On each occasion, he was thorough, professional, polite, and reasonably priced. I would recommend his work unreservedly.

Being a homeowner and having dealt with many service companies over the years, I have to say that Bob sets the Gold Standard! His utmost professionalism, courteousness and honesty is how every business should be conducted. Our job was a very difficult one due to the sturdy construction of our house and his quote was very reasonable. He walked us through every detail prior to and kept us apprised throughout the job. His crew busted their backs and could not have been more friendly and respectful. Top notch company and obviously highly recommend.

The guy who came out was good and I liked him. He came twice. The first time that he came was in August and then he came for the second time in October. He did a thorough job and I felt like he was conscientious about his work. He seemed like a reputable business person and he talked to me about what he was going to do.

They were very good. We were in real time crunch because we were selling our house and people wouldn't close on the house until we had the mold problem that was discovered in the home inspection taken care of. They were able to come very quickly. They even were able to come couple of days earlier than they had said, which really helped us out. They thoroughly explained the whole process and gave a very fair price and took care of the whole thing. They gave us an itemized estimate that listed every step in the process that they would be doing, what material they would be using, how they would be protecting contaminants from getting into the air. They thoroughly explained exactly how the process is going to be done, which made it easier for us to make an apple to apple comparison with the other estimates that we got.

We were very happy with the service. He was very prompt. The clean up was well. He went through the certificate of completion insuring to us that he did everything he said he would. He also got the work done in 2 days which was great. We did get another verbal estimate and he was almost $1000.00 cheaper. His prices are very reasonable.

We haven't had any mold problems after the service. I thought they were very clean, very professional, very timely in their work. I didn't realize at the time how expensive mold remediation was so I don't necessarily know if it was this company or the service in general. But it was a large cost for a pretty small area in my opinion. But at that time, we had to do it and it was worth it.
