We had them clean our carpets a couple of weeks ago and were not happy with the results. I contacted the owner to let him know. He agreed to send a different technician who was excellent and did a much better job. I am very impressed with the fact they were willing to come back to fix the problem. Now the carpets look as I would expect them to look after a professional cleaning. We would use them again.

It was a positive experience from start to finish. David was responsive and great to work with. They finished the project even earlier then anticipated. They were professional and did great work. I used the delivery service and it was well worth the price. I highly recommend them.

I have use Beckwith twice and each time it was great. Although I had smaller rugs they were very thorough. The rugs looked great and the people were very nice

Chair cleaning was marginal at best. Sofa was inconsistent with some areas cleaned well others fair at best. Solution was spilled on the hardwood floor behind the sofa. The young man seemed inexperienced who performed the cleaning.

The carpet cleaner came on time. He seemed to be in a hurry to finish. Did not take much time and never asked us if we were satisfied with his work. He did three rooms, hallway and stairs in under one hour. We would expect him to do better for what we paid. He packed his stuff before we knew it so we had no time to address some issues we saw. We will be using someone else next time.

Overall, well. Some of the carpets were badly stained, and couldn't be well cleaned, but that was probably an unrealistic expectation. Brian came earlier than planned (which was tricky), but was patient while I readied the house. He was very kind and professional the whole time he was here.

It went very well. The worker--Brian, I think, showed up on-time. He was courteous and professional. He explained the process to me. He performed quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased. I would definitely recommend Beckwith Company and use them again.

It went great. The technician - Brian - did an amazing job on a car fully soiled by two small children. He got everything out of the seats and the car looked and smelled great - inside and out. My only minor complaint was the polish used on the trim and dashboard is oilier than I prefer, but that's a personal preference and the next time I hire with them I'll simply ask they don't use it or use less.

I want a refund because I ordered this Mobile Car Detailing Service as a birthday present for my son, and from the dates that were listed as "available", was led to believe I could get the service done some time between 7/26-7/28. But they didn't call for over a week, and then when they did, they told me they could not schedule it until sometime after 8/22 and my son leaves for college on 8/23. So this is not helpful and we do not want the service.

July 31, 2017 We had four Oriental rugs cleaned by Beckwith Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning on Saturday morning on July 15, 2017. The agent came in at 10:30 am and left at 10:55 am – a total of 25 minutes to clean four oriental rugs, put all equipment away, and to have his handwritten order signed. Our Oriental rugs are still dirty on the edges with the same stains (maybe slightly lighter but not noticeably), and have a couple of scruff marks in areas after this rushed and expensive cleaning. The cleaner had a hand-written order for area rugs -not Orientals, but he assured us it was no problem. We had been concerned about the specific cleaning of Orientals when we placed the order with Beckwith and had been assured that they would be properly cared for. The cleaner proceeded to spend five minutes on each of the four rugs, leaving much of same dirt, the same few stains and the edges dirty. There were some scruff marks on the rugs as well as he rushed as if scrubbing a tiled floor on each rug- a $198 Angie’s List cost (normally $400 job) completed in 20 minutes. He claimed the rugs were old – three were only 8 years old. We are appalled that after spending a great deal of money to Beckwith that our expensive rugs still need to be cleaned and have been marred in spots by the cleaner.

I am satisfied with the rug cleaning. However because they charge for pick up and delivery I had my carpets cleaned in my home which necessitated my moving furniture myself and also I needed to lay down a tarp to protect the floors.

I needed a carpet cleaned. Their price was the best deal I found. I'd called the company to clarify when they would be available and they gave me my choice. They folllowed up on the time they would be arriving and were prompt. I'd noted on the certificate that they had to have a space in front of my building available as the cleaning unit is in the truck. It turned out it the hoses were able to stretch out and reach my unit because it was in the front of the building; so I would advise asking how long the hoses go before buying the service.
