CALLED BACK PROMPTLY AND SET UP AN ESTIMATE. CAME OUT LOOKED AT THE YARD. TALKED TO US, SEEMED KNOWLEDGEABLE. SAID HE WOULD SEND ESTIMATE IN MAIL. IT NEVER CAME, EVEN AFTER LEAVING SEVERAL MESSAGES THAT WE WERE STILL INTERESTED AND WERE WAITING FOR THE ESTIMATE.
