Multitask Cleaning Services cleans my restaurant carpets and I am so impressed with his work at a fair price, so we just had them clean our home as well. He was even able to bring in a carpet repair person on the same visit to replace an area damaged by our son.

I am the beautification manager of 130 unit condominium community in Uxbridge, MA. Each owner is responsible to maintain and keep in good order, the exterior of their home. The Multi Task Cleaning Services Company had been working within the development for several years, and to my knowledge, had been doing a good job. I contacted Glen Morin, the owner, in late September 2015 to get a quote on power washing our small Mail Building and hand-washing 6 street lamp globes. He wasn't very quick to reply, but over the course of a couple weeks, we made contact and settled on a price. I wrote a contract, got it signed by Glen, and he gave me a firm date as to when he would provide the service. The day came and there was no sign of Glen nor was there any message from him. I left several messages for him on his company phone and cell phone over the next 5 days but never got a response. On the 5th day, I cancelled the contract by phone and email. Glen finallly replied via email on the 6th day and said that he had gotten a couple big contracts and was sorry that he couldn't provide the contracted services within my time-frame. I don't consider his actions to be professional or courteous and I will never do business with this company again.
