House Cleaning

We hired P&S Cleaning to clean our unit in Provincetown.  They did not follow through with any instructions that they were given and they failed to do the job.  They ruined one set of towels by bleaching them, failed to follow instructions and put linens with holes on my beds for my tenants to use.  I had to issue multiple credits to my tenants as a result of their poor cleaning services.  We felt bad so we gave them more than one shot, but we had problems with every cleaning.  They also misbilled us for each cleaning.  When I called to complain Sharon hung up on me multiple times and told me I was "whiny" and "needy" for bringing issues to her attention.  Do not use this cleaning service. 

They also charge more than the going rate (we found this out after we got rates from other cleaning services). 

I repeat, do not use this cleaning service.
