Phone service was courteous and the technician arrived on time to address a lockout. The technician was professional and presented me different options for the lockout. I called again for a replacement lock the next day and service was again prompt and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Anderson & Sons.

I was very happy with his service and they were pleasant to work with. I was sad, however, to see the same service offered here for $99.00 only two or so weeks later.

SUPER nice guys! Very professional and efficient! Was a little more than I had thought, but that was on me that I didn't ask first how much it would cost. But they gave me a discount and also applied the Angies List coupon even after the discount so it was great. I would highly recommend Anderson & Sons, they did a wonderful job!

I had an absolutely terrifying moment last weekend for my best friend's birthday. We were throwing a surprise party for her at my house and I ran out to get a few last minute things and I locked myself out of the house. The guests were supposed to arrive in a couple of hours and I needed to get into the house! Anderson & Sons Lock and Key SAVED MY LIFE. I'm not kidding! I googled a locksmith in Providence and they were listed at the top of the page. As soon as I called and told them my situation, the man on the phone was extremely kind and understanding and told me he would be there to let me in within 10-15 minutes. I couldn't believe it! It sounded too good to be true, but sure enough he pulled up to my driveway in 14 minutes! He pulled up in a very professional looking van with the enormous logo and name across the side, and I felt very comfortable and safe. He was with his business partner and they were both wearing uniforms. I was not worried in any way being on my own. They both introduced themselves to me and were very kind. Immediately, the first man opened my door like a magician and within 2 minutes I was back inside my home, ready to finish setting up for the party. The best part was, the cost was SO CHEAP! I was amazed!!!! I didn't have to hand over an arm and a leg in payment. phew!! THIS LOCKSMITH COMPANY IS THE MOST RELIABLE, PROMPT AND TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY AROUND. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANDERSON & SON LOCK AND KEY TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. Thank you for saving the party!!!!

He answered the phone promptly. He arrived on time. He did a good job but left a terrible mess. I was disappointed that he didn't even try to clean up after himself. There was sawdust and little white beads all over the place.

Without warning my electronic keypad battery died. Having gone outside to shovel, I was locked out of my house without a phone, keys, wallet etc. It was after business hours, on a very cold February night.
Through a quick internet search I found Anderson & Sons. They answered the phone promptly and put me next on the list. He arrived within the half-hour estimated time. After a bit of skilled "lock-picking" the technician was able to open the door.
The technician was very pleasant, courteous, and polite. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.
