When I arrived to pick up the jacket on Saturday - the work was completed as promised - and the cost was exactly what was quoted.
Overall I had a good experience. They were very nice - courteous - dependable and reasonably priced. My only caveat is that the bottom of the zipper does not always disconnect as easily as I would hope for. But overall the job was done well and reasonably priced at a very busy time of the year and it was appreciated.

"We greatly appreciate the honest response from our customer. Our way of doing business is, done wright and on time the first time. We do not manufacture zippers, although we buy the best quality one . very seldom they fail or don't work wright. Also from experience a double slider zipper always an issue to a lot of people because it has to line up 100% before it zips up. Thank you"

They are very good. They do an excellent job on the dry cleaning and also on the alterations. They are also available which is nice.
