dry cleaning
 + -1 moreWhen I arrived to pick up the jacket on Saturday - the work was completed as promised - and the cost was exactly what was quoted. Overall I had a good experience. They were very nice - courteous - dependable and reasonably priced. My only caveat is that the bottom of the zipper does not always disconnect as easily as I would hope for. But overall the job was done well and reasonably priced at a very busy time of the year and it was appreciated.
Description of Work: Went on Monday 12/17 to ask if they could put in a 2 way separating zipper in a new winter jacket. Though the woman at the counter was not sure exactly what I wanted - she did call the woman who does the alterations so that I could speak with her. She was very courteous - said she knew what I needed and could do the work. I asked her how much it would cost and when she could have it finished. The cost was $25 which I thought was reasonable - and that it could be done by the end of the week - Saturday 12/22 which I also appreciated particularly because it was the week before Christmas.
