STONE BUILDERS MASONRY

We are extremely satisfied with the work performed by Rick Longbottom of Stone Builders Masonry. Our front steps needed to be rebuilt and the work was executed to our exact specifications. He is meticulous in his construction and does everything he can to ensure that the final product is to the customers satisfaction (i.e. using mason's lines, levels, etc). I mention this specifically because not all masons for hire will use the necessary tools at their disposal, and this is often times at the customers expense. Since he is the owner of the business, we liked the fact that he performs all of the work; it is not contracted out, which tends to be the practice of many other businesses. The customer has the added benefit of having the owner on the job everyday. Quality was fantastic, prices were reasonable. He initiated the work and completed exactly as promised. Our one complaint, and it is minor, was that it did take a while at times for him to return phone calls or emails. We attributed this to the fact that he does all of the work and is fairly busy. However, this did not affect our overall rating as you can see below. We recommend to our friends.
