Full service construction company that has 10 full time employees of licensed, insured and skilled craftsmen with a full time staffed office. We have a team of employees, suppliers and subcontractors that can take care of all residential and commericail building and remodeling needs. Massachusetts unrestricted Construction supervisor license #47206. Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractors lincese #100548. Massachusetts Hoist Engineers licence #133574. EPA certified Lead Paint Renovator #18342-10-01360. OSHA certified safety training #001861918. Trained and certified EPDM membrane roofing insaller. All Field employees are OSHA certified in safety training. All subcontractors that work on our projects are under contract to have full workmens compensation insurance and general liability as well as fully licensed in their respected trades and have been safety trained. We provide free estimates to all customers. There are no trip charges. Our construction charges can be any combination of labor, material and subcontractor costs that are based on each individual job sepecification. All work is performed under a written and signed contract that fully discloses all job specifications, written warranties, total construction costs, including a detailed payment schedule. At this time, I don't fully understand ANGIE'S List, so I don't have a idea or an appropriate discount to offer our future customers, but would be open to implementing one. We Have been in business for over 20 years on Cape Cod.
