I think the outside work was terrible. The workmanship was bad, and I even had to sue him. He is the most incompetent person I have ever seen in business. He is the worst person I have had experience with in my entire life. He used the wrong paint that was prescribed, and he put up shingles backwards. He used completely unqualified people as painters. As he was doing his job, he was supposed to put on two coats, but he put on only one, unless I caught him and made him put the second coat on. All this was done on contract, and he pretty much ignored much of the contract requirements. It just was a terrible situation, I started using him in 1975, and it went through into 1976. It took me eight months to finish painting my house, if you can believe that.
