Plymouth Custom Closets

I sent an inquiry email through the company website one Saturday night and a reply (with design plans and pricing) was waiting in my inbox that next morning. Nat was responsive and followed up with me every step of the way. After an initial home consultation, Nat revised the original plans and offered several revisions based on our particular needs. Once I signed off on the plans, his crew was at my house within a week. The installation was completed within two hours, including demolition and clean up. I was putting things back in the closet that day! I am impressed with the quality of the materials and the service. I fully expect to be calling Nat again with future projects.

We are moving from a home with very large closets to one with very small closets so we needed some customizations. The closets are absolutely fabulous and made really good use of the limited space that we have available. Nat was great; professional and easy to work with. The prices were very fair.

When I called, thye came early on a Saturday morning to take measurements and discuss what I was looking for. I picked out the material for the closet. Then Nat Wheatley, the owner, sent me by email the plans. I asked for some changes and he promptly sent me new plans. Once we agreed on the plans, he scheduled to have the installer come the following week. The installer came on time--did the installation and took away the old closet materials. He even vacummed so you wouldn't even know he had been there. The new closet system is beautiful. I particularly like it since it is not the metal type--it is wood and strong so I don't think it will fall apart again. I was very pleased with theri service--they were pleasant and efficient. The whole experience was two weeks. I recommned them highly.

The entire experience was a pleasure. They were very responsive with the initial meeting, listened to our thoughts and ideas and were flexible when we made changes to the initial design. The installation team was professional and did a clean and excellent job.
