Do not leave this to the last minute. The last thing that you need when you are selling is an additional last minute panic when you have a deadline for the passing & the report is not done.

for the scheduled appointment and we were getting a bit desperate since we had already signed a Purchase and Sale agreement to sell our home. Sensing that, he made time for us the day after we contacted him and he was the least expensive person we found. He was thorough, responsive, pleasant to work with, and really worked to help us understand the process. He's also willing to travel, which is a plus since we live in a pricey town where all of the local inspectors charge much more.
