was Staff spent the time and askerd the necessary questions to make sure I was ordering the proper plumbing equipment. I was not helped at ALL at the Big stores.

It went great - Steve is so responsive and helpful, even when they get busy they do their best to always follow up in a timely manner. And the few times we have had any issues or problems the whole team has worked together to resolve them as quickly as possible. They are always willing to accomidate us and give us feedback and suggestions based on their personal exerience with products etc.
