+ -1 morewas Staff spent the time and askerd the necessary questions to make sure I was ordering the proper plumbing equipment. I was not helped at ALL at the Big stores.
Description of Work: I needed a certain plumbing fixture which I found impossible at my local Big BOx stores.Snow and Jones staff was extremely helpful.

+ 0 moreIt went great - Steve is so responsive and helpful, even when they get busy they do their best to always follow up in a timely manner. And the few times we have had any issues or problems the whole team has worked together to resolve them as quickly as possible. They are always willing to accomidate us and give us feedback and suggestions based on their personal exerience with products etc.
Description of Work: We have worked with the Norwell location on several occasions. Most recently purchasing new toilets. But we have purchased showers, and toilets, and sinks and all sorts of things for several different projects that we have done.
