Mattresses
It felt as though someone very heavy had already slept in this bed and created a hole on one side of it. Everything looked new, but I felt it was a used mattress. I called them about a week after we bought it, and they decided not to honor the contract that would allow us to return the mattress and pay only $400. Finally, after I kept calling them, they sent a warranty representative and they still said they were not willing to take it back after this point. I have called them many times over the recent months and they have been unresponsive to me about the issue. It was a Simmons Beauty Rest mattress, and Simmons will not respond to use either.
