Description of Work: Rich is very skilled but some of his helpers were not. We tried to get him back to finish work for us but he has been unresponsive.

 + 4 moreIt has gone great, with the only holdups being the permitting process. Rich and his crew have been on site every day making progress, as promised. We couldn't have made a better choice for our project.
Description of Work: Rich has been working on an addition, and remodel project for us over the past month and we couldn't be happier. His price was right, and we continue to add to the project because he is so responsive, professional, and reasonable. He had to put in 2 lvl beams as part of the additiona and renovation, formed and poured a foundation, replace windows and doors, roofed, sheetrocked, etc. We are looking forward to the rest of the project and residing the house next.

 + -1 moreRich Marcel has an "eye" for what's right and how to make things look much better. He is busy because he does good work.
Description of Work: Fixed the work that our remodeler did improperly. Repaired the substandard workmanship or the former remodeler very well. Doors, shingles, trim, reinstalled storm doors put on wrong, fixed balcony deck improperly installed, and much more.
