 + -1 moreThey only do fencing if it along with landscaping. I didn't need landscaping, they couldn't do the fencing for me. They are not just a fencing company. I called several times, they did not indicate they were closed at the moment. Otherwise they sounded very good. If I do need landscaping I would consider calling them.
Description of Work: I called to get a fence for my yard.

Description of Work: Recently bought a house. The yard/gutters looked like they were not maintained for a very long time (3+ years at least). The gutters had small trees growing in them. The downspouts were not connected to the gutters. Edging in the beds was non-existent. The trees and bushes were overgrown. Major weeds. Lawn overgrown. The sprinkler system was not functional/operational, nor was it evident how it worked (as such, no valves were noticable and many heads were gone or underground). Property Design and Landscape came in and cleaned it all up in a day and half (very short time). They did a complete makeover to my whole yard and turned back the clock at least 3 years. I expect to have them come back soon for plantings/hardscaping/sprinkler repair in the next week or two. I am not going to even get bids on the work. Very professional. They went straight to work and left the yard/area very clean and neat. While their ,Phil helped educate me on the types of bushes/shrubs/flowers that can be put in to make sure my yard looks nice year round and so that plantings won't die off during different seasons. He also walked me through potential options for composting/tree work/gutter work and lawncare. It was a very good experience.

 + 2 moreOverall, went very well. Design was done quickly and he came up to present it. He came in right on target with his estimate/our budget and only charged extra for some issues that popped up. His crew was efficient and professional. The work was very high quality. We received a high quote and a low quote and went with PDL in the middle. From my experience. The workmanship is on par with the high quote and far exceeds the low quote.
Description of Work: Design and implement landscape plan for 500 sq ft. backyard. Design included new drain system, new fence, multiple paver designs, multiple planting areas and building of new steps.
