Pump repair (finally a replacement) took forever. First visit prompt, thereafter no returned calls, delays over many weeks. Work was finally completed satisfactorily but price extremely high. Called again for an electrical problem. He responded promptly, charged $95 for ten minute visit. I would not recommend his services.
Description of Work: Mr. Lorrain has repaired spa twice, replacing a pump and checking an electrical problem

If I go on a service call and fix the spa I do have to charge a service call.The reason the pump took so long was the supplier did not have it in stock and customer was told this.
