 + -1 moreAll in all the work was OK but there were a lot of issues that cost us money when our electrician was finally able to come back and finish his work. Precision was never on time and sometimes didn't come when he was expected to be at our home. A lot of the things that we were told could be done by Precision should have been done by another contractor.
Description of Work: Precision had done some work for us last year and we decided to use him again to remodel the rest of our house both inside and out starting with re-roofing our house. After that we had all the walls and ceilings torn down, insulation put in, drywall put up and a primer coat put on everything. Tiling was done at both the front and back doors and tiling of the kitchen back splash was also done. New kitchen cabinets were assembled and put up and a new bamboo floor was put in. A new opening to the hallway was made along with one between the sun room and the kitchen. A new linoleum floor was installed in the sun room; new doors were installed at both the front and back doors. Finally new siding was put up on the house and the shed and insulation was installed under the sun room and some of the foundation of the sun room was lifted up and patched. The new deck had some repairs done and a second stairway was also installed.
