BEWARE DO NOT use the techs for service from The Pool Store. They are the absolute worst about communication and basically don’t show up, when they do, they are incompetent and NEVER return calls. I am so disappointed in The Pool Store for using them and for not utilizing better communication or customer service.

They said that the pool was in the worst condition it could possibly be in. I liked the guy's personality. He stopped by more than once to check the progress and to make sure that everything was still working well. However, you did have to place about 2 calls before you would hear from him. Sometimes he would randomly show up. In the end, Gary, the guy who owns it, was very friendly and efficient. I think his prices were very fair. We plan on buying our pool cover from him and using him to close the pool for the season.
