Planet Fitness - Plymouth

I like the people at Planet Fitness - Plymouth. They're nice.You can get in and out fast. I've been using them for the last three years.

It was good. I enjoyed it. Their price is excellent. They have everything. I thought the quality was good. Communication was always good.

They're fine. You get what you pay for. It's clean and it does what it's supposed to do. You can meet with the trainer to give your own program and it doesn't cost extra. They probably have more services to offer than I realize. Most of the people I've met there have been good but they have one of the trainers that I've seen that needs updating.

The biggest thing about them is price, it's the least expensive facility, it has very good equipment and it's very friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. Customer service seems to be fine.

When you go in, you don't feel like anybody is covering or watching. They have lots of machines so it is not crowded. They have unlimited tanning and use of massage chairs. You can also set up your own fitness regimen. If you need help, it is available. It was really very nice. I would recommend them to anybody.

Minor glitches: the maintenance man uses a feather duster around you while you are exercising so that you can breathe in the dust that it puts in the air and spreads around. They continue to do this in spite of giving them the information that there are dusters that capture the dust instead of putting it back in the air. Or: the incredibly low temperature from air conditioning is in the strength training room, rather than where the cardio machines (treadmills, ellipticals, etc.) are. The steam room has never been in service. There is often unwanted music in the changing room and circuit room, even though most people are wearing head phones.But you can't beat the price and the range and quantity of equipment and the good hours!
