THE PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE WITH OTHER ESTIMATES. THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT. ROB AND HIS CREW WERE VERY PLEASANT AND EXTREMELY TIDY. ROB PROVIDED PAINT SAMPLES, AND CHARGED US WHOLESALE PRICES FOR THE MATERIALS.

I CAN''T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY HIGH ENOUGH. ROB PENSWICK IS A TRUE PROFESSIONAL, WHO DOES EXCELLENT WORK AT A FAIR PRICE. HIS CREW WAS PROFESSIONAL, THEY WERE ON TIME AND DID THE WORK AS BEST AS IT CAN BE DONE. THEY ALSO DO EXTERIORS AND WILL BE DOING MY HOUSE THIS SUMMER. WITHOUT A DOUBT, THEY ARE WORTH AT LEAST A CALL OUT FOR AN ESTIMATE. I THINK YOU WILL BE PLEASED WITH WHAT THEY HAVE TO OFFER. THEY WERE WORTH EVERY PENNY.

WE NEEDED THIS WORK DONE TO TURN AROUND THE APARTMENT FOR NEW TENANTS. PENSWICK RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY. DUE TO A CANCELLATION, THEY WERE ABLE TO SQUEEZE US INTO THE SCHEDULE. WE HAD A TIGHT TIME FRAME, AND PROVIDED NO LEAD TIME. PENSWICK DID NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE URGENCY WITH WHICH WE NEEDED THE WORK PERFORMED. ALL THIS AND THE PLACE LOOKS GREAT! I CANNOT RECOMMEND PENSWICK HIGHLY ENOUGH.
