He arrived at 8:30 a.m. On the dot. Came in, switched out my breaker checked the outlet to make sure all was well. We cashed out at a fair price and he left. Pretty good deal. Thanks man.

For the most part the work was satisfactory. Very sloppy work habits although. The so called extras were over the top. However, after the fact, the circuit box was badly mislabeled, circuits were crossed with new work and old work in spite of prior agreements not to do so. Tried calls repeatedly with no success. He did try to blame the general contractor for some of this but that made no sense.
