+ -1 moreAfter much web research on price and quality, and being an existing Oreck owner who was willing to buy from someone else, I saw a website for "Oreck Commercial" not to be confused with Oreck Residential & I called the toll-free number. A very pleasant lady answered the phone and spoke in perfectly clear English. She processed my order, which was 2 - 3 hundred dollars LESS THAN all the other compatible models of the same basic thing. When I got the upright at my door 1 week later I was very happy.
