One Touch Home Cleaning

The cleaning went well. The employee did a good job cleaning and was punctual, although there was a language barrier and it made it difficult to communicate - Josi had to be called to translate. I was confused that the employee brought some of her own supplies, but used only ours, and then gave us a list of things we needed to buy (which we immediately went out and bought). Josi asked for a list of things we wanted cleaned on a bi-weekly basis, and I provided same. Josi then said she would call or email and let us know what day and time would be our regular cleaning schedule. We never heard from her again, despite multiple phone calls, emails, and texts. Josi's employee appeared professional and was good at her job. Unfortunately, my experience with Josi in that, as the owner, she is unprofessional and has poor communication skills. I would not use this service again because of her.
