Neal's Pest Control was very efficient. They took care of my needs and did what they promised.

They are one of the best I think, in this area. He has very reasonable rates and is extremely customer focussed. He provides a great service. He has an administrative system that always answers the phone so we don’t get to a voice message or recorded message. We get to a human being. I have an annual contract with him to take care of termites, bugs and stuff like that. It is a great deal in term of price. It is $300 annually and its unlimited visits. I am dealing with the carpenter ants because of the weather and Jeff has been to house four times. He doesn’t charge me for each visit; he comes out because we have the contract. He is coming back today or tomorrow as the ants have come out. Most of the time he uses environmental friendly products. If we are a contract customer, they go the extra mile and if we have a problem they take care of it right away.
