First, I want to apologize for taking so long to post this review. Kim Sweeney was my realtor and did an AMAZING job of helping me both sell my townhouse and then a few months later buy my new house. In the selling of my home, I had gone through two other realtors before finding Kim. What makes her so different? She really cares and goes way above and beyond to communicate and make sure your home sells. She will do ANYTHING to help you out. She's a very tough advocate for her clients, but one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I truly felt she was always looking out for my best interests. My townhouse had been on the market over a year, but she came up with a winning game plan that no other realtor had suggested and my house had an offer just days later. The best part? It sold very close to asking price.
Next, my bf and I needed to purchase a home. Kim helped us by gathering lots of info on the towns we were looking at (we were moving to a new area). We ended up finding a dream house in Pembroke, but it was a foreclosure. The closing was an absolute nightmare and got delayed by almost a month. Truly, if it wasn't for Kim, we would have lost the place. She kept on the sellers, assisted with so many complications and attended appointments on our behalf whenever needed. She even gathered info from town hall and our neighbors to help us out! After we finally closed, she let us borrow a lock box since we had contractors coming and going.
Kim is a wonderful person and perfect Realtor. I wouldn't even consider using anyone else. Call her for any real estate needs. I promise you won't be disappointed!
