This was the middle of winter and yet they did not bother to give the service and did not even have the courtesy of answering my phone calls. All I got was the answering service: "they will get back to you when they can". I lost the 800 dollars and had to go to another provider.

he was prompt to respond to calls and provided prompt service during a hea wave. that was very nice. however, i was expecting a charge of approximately $250 based on similar work done in the past. The 3.5h labor charge seemed excessive for the description of work performed and the charge for a 2nd man also seemed unnecessary for this kind of job. I was also charged a truck fee- not sure why.
