He is really good, awesome and great. He completed the job in a week. He is the guy to know for everything. He is communicative and loves the area and knows everyone. He always gets me a good price. He is an amazing and great person who always calls me. He is always there. I would use him again in the future.

Jeff was fantastic from start to finish. He correctly diagnosed the likely cause of our water pressure problem, the antique cast iron supply pipe to the house that likely needed replacement w/copper (town codes). He gave us an initial figure for this work (after charging us a very fair amount for small prev. repairs) and was able to come down a bit to meet our budget. During the excavation we uncovered several large boulders, and he did not charge us even though it stretched from 1 to 2 days to complete the install. The excavation contractor removed a tree, and Jeff didn't even charge us for this, he absorbed it into his overall cost. Jeff was able to arrange for all the work to be completed far faster than we expected, and with us only having to "borrow" our neighbor's water pressure via garden hose for a day (which was sadly still better than our original water pressure!). We gladly recommend Jeff again and will probably have him install our tankless water heater soon.
