This is my second vehicle leasing with them. As far as dealerships go they are reasonable. They are willing to negotiate a fair price. They are very timely and efficient.

I don't think I will go back there again. The car is nice but everything else was not very good. The field representative that we dealt with at first was good but he was never available again. Nothing was ready when they said it would be. They made us sit for ever that day, I don't know whether they were finding stuff about us. I would never buy a car form there again. Price was good.

The experiece went very well. I lost power on the highway and was able to pull over and call Autofair in Plymouth andthey were able to look at the car right away. I was towed to the dealership and was told the alternator would have to be replaced. Because of the lenght of time the repair would take, I had to rent a car overnight. The dealer was very helpful and had a rental for me very quickly. I returned the next day and they had done the repair, filled all the fluids and checked the tires as well. I was very pleased with how professional everyone was.

On my initial call, I had to leave a message and wait for a return call; which I received promptly. I explained the work that I wanted done and asked for a quote over the phone. I was able to get a quote on front brakes ($299) and confirm the warranty work on A/C is free. Because the other service items required troubleshooting and inspection, they were unable to give me a quote without seeing the car and determining the problem for themselves. As it turned out, they were right and I didn't the amount of work I had asked for. I was glad that they did not try to oversell me.
For the price, I had the front brakes done, oil change service, and the tire pressure sensor issue resolved. They inspected and tested the A/C compressor clutch and determined that I did not need a new windshield washer fluid pump.
I was told the warranty work on the A/C compressor clutch could be done for free in the future and that if the air conditioning wasn't working well, to bring the car in. The issue with the windshield washer fluid was not the pump as I had thought but the wrong fluid in the system. The windshield washer fluid froze in the lines and the reservoir. It was suggested that I wait until the weather warmed up and the fluid thawed out. I could then use up what was in the system and it could be refilled with anti-freeze washer fluid.
I was told that I could come back in and they would fill the windshield washer fluid for free and check my tire pressure. They said this was a complimentary service they provided for their customers. While I was there, I saw 3 customers drive in and take advantage of this service.
I was equally happy that I was able to get an appointment within 2 hours of the return call. I spoke with them at 3pm and they offered me an appointment at 5pm that same evening. The wait at the dealer was a bit long but, to be fair, I ask for a lot. I received excellent customer service and someone was checking in with me periodically to make sure I was comfortable. They offer free coffee and had vending machines for snacks and beverages. A nice flat screen television in the comfortable waiting area was a good distraction.

I appreciated that the service person took the time to explain what work they were going to do versus what work I asked for. Also, I was given the opportunity to examine the problems with the car while it was on the lift and escorted out to the shop while everything was explained simply and clearly. Overall, it was a good experience and I will definitely bring my car back for service in the future.
