Great--made deal based on last year's leaf cost. His team showed up promptly and finished quickly and with high quality.

Justin arrived on time and was courteous, friendly, and professional. Most important, he didn't make a big deal re: the state of my property (a mess, which is why I'd asked for help), as a previous contractor had done, in an effort to make himself appear to be doing me a favor somehow., "Oh, thees is a Beeeeg job!!" the guy had said, all while clearly calculating how much he could charge.  Instead, Justin was always up-beat and polite, and seemed able to appreciate the good that remained of a garden with a long- absent gardener.
I explained my situation ('D.I.Y.'  organic gardener who'd once done everything, but  no longer had the time to attend their beloved property as they once had) and my plans: 1. Clear the property as best you can of the various weeds and overgrowth. 2. Help me prepare to raze the property, in preparation for the installation of raised beds for next year.
 In eight hours, Justin did all that I'dhoped, and helped me to transform our property  from the overgrown jungle that he'd found to a semblance of the well-maintained place that it had always been.  My only regret is that I'd found H&H Property Management so late in the season, as my property would have been lovely under their care, had I found them while things were still growing.  No matter, as H&H will be my 'go to guys' as a result of the respectful care and professionalism that they'd  demonstrated.
