First Home Mortgage - Plymouth

My real estate agent recommended that I speak to Tony Pandolfo at First Home Mortgage when I was looking to purchase a multi-family home. I am a professional physicist and consequently a lot of spreadsheets were involved in the purchase process! Tony was the only mortgage professional I spoke to who took the time to explain to me exactly how to compute my payments on the FHA loan I was looking at - including calculating the mortgage insurance and working out the additional payments I would need to make in order to get rid of the insurance after 5 years. He also offered competitive rates on both the FHA mortgage and the conventional mortgage I eventually used to purchase a single family home (in the end I found it hard to compete with investors with significantly more cash than me in the multi-family sector and so bought a single family home). Tony turned the conventional loan around very quickly - one month and 9 days between the offer being accepted and the closing date (please note that I do not think this would be possible with an FHA loan).
