 + -1 moreThe job started off well when Elise Frieda was there and ultimately why we gave Dreamscape the job. However, the day she left the company after years of being there, everything went down the tubes! No call backs, not showing up for appts they had, basically ignoring us after we paid $18,000 for the install! Dreamscape is supposed to guarantee all the work for up to one year. Unfortunately, we had a harsh winter and we lost a lot of the landscape shrubs and plants. They replaced 2 shrubs with ones half the size and not the same species so basically with cheaper ones. The rest they promised they would do at a later date. I had an appt in Sept and they were a 'no show' no call or anything. I FINALLY got a live person on the phone 4/21/15 and they said they need 2 weeks and they would be right out, yea sure!!!! I have not seen or heard from them since and all I have done is cal and call. Now, I have no other choice, but to file a Small Claims Case. Buyer Beware- do not use them. They lost their main 2 people in charge and they are not responsive, professional, or care at all- no matter how much the job costs.
Description of Work: They designed the landscape and did the install for the property surrounding the house only. They told me what company to use for the irrigation and even though I did not like that particular company I used them anyway so they would not have any issues since I wanted it all to go smoothly, but that was hardly the case.

Description of Work: Design lady was not responsive to our suggestions. brought in wrong plants and smaller plants than set aside at one of the suppliers. used top soil more clay than anything else. overall C-.

 + -1 moreSee above. Excellent job and would definitely recommend them to others. Plan on calling them in early spring to put finishing touches in garden. they are artistic and cut flower plants/bushes beautifully.
Description of Work: Dave and his crew trimmed and designed the much overgrown bushes around a small cottage. they trimmed tree limbs in nearby adjacent lot, got rid of roots from wild weeds trimmed all flower bushes - took down small loose tree, did everything asked. Place looked beautiful for the first time in many years. they took out all debris.
